Setup was way easier than I expected for a console with this many channels, and the 4 stereo inputs let me plug in two keyboards plus a laptop without any adapters. We've run two Sunday services with it already and the sound is clean even with the gain cranked on the vocal mics.

The 16 channel inputs and 4 stereo channels cover everything I need for our small band, but the workflow isn't as intuitive as I'd hoped. It works fine for basic mixing, though it's hard to feel excited about it after a few weeks.
